Beach Cult Live Music Festival is the only Beach Party on the sand in Ayia Napa this year ... It's 10 Events, one each Saturday through the summer season and this week its US Rapper 'Ace Hood' all the way from Florida to Ayia Napa ... and we're gonna be boogying with our toes in the sand, at the only beach festival in Napa this year BCL ... and I can't wait, it's gonna be sick!

This is where they excel, specialising in over 20 different choices of kebabs.  Gyros here is a choice of 4 meats, pork, chicken from Greece, beef and lamb from the UK, each cut into thin slices, layered and seasoned, and set onto big skewers ready to be imported.  Vangelis said, "I spend a little extra, but I get the very best" ... I asked "do you then add a little more seasoning" and he said "there's really no need", tbh, the beef Gyro was probably the best I've ever tasted ...

So, as sophisticated, trendy, cosmopolitan, Nicosia spills down to the coast, and mixes with pure party, the result inevitably is electric!, oh and did I mention it's summer, it's hot, and I mean really hot, and if you only get one tip from me this month, make it 'Drink more water' !

It's May, my favourite month!  Mainly because it's definitely summer, normally hitting over 30°C in the shade.  You just have to love this time of the year, longer sunny days, through crystal clear skies, there's no heat haze yet, and slightly warmer evenings, so you can go out in a t-shirt.  We might get a quick shower, but chances are it won't rain again 'til October, except for the very occasional crazy hail storm in August?
